Hi! My name is Cathara Spencer.

I'm a product manager turned tech consultant who helps small-to-medium-business owners figure out the technology side of running their business. The tools you're using, the data you're collecting (or not collecting), and the manual work that could probably be automated.

I've spent over 7 years building and managing workflows and systems across industries, working with everyone from solo founders to large enterprise teams. The problems are usually the same: the wrong tools for the job, data that's scattered and hard to use, and repetitive manual work that nobody has gotten around to fixing yet.

That's exactly what I work on. Through 1:1 projects, coaching, and workshops, I help business owners see where their tech is working against them and give them a clear, practical path to fix it.
