Hi! My name is Cathara Spencer.

I'm a product manager turned tech strategist who helps small business owners figure out the technology side of running their business. Not the flashy stuff — the day-to-day infrastructure. The tools you're using, the data you're collecting (or not collecting), and the manual work that could probably be automated.

I've spent over 7 years building and managing workflows and systems across industries, working with everyone from solo founders to large enterprise teams. The problems are usually the same: the wrong tools for the job, data that's scattered and hard to use, and repetitive manual work that nobody has gotten around to fixing yet.

That's exactly what I work on. Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and digital products, I help business owners see where their tech is working against them and give them a clear, practical path to fix it.
